Dena's Playlist Playground: Bob & Sway

Variable volunteer of the RFF for the past few years. I volunteer for the leftovers, for the last-minute tasks, and for the unsavoury bits....it’s all got to get done. I love goo, bugs, dirt, green saps that never quit pushing up from the earth and all things with fur and scales. My musical tastes can be similarly described; gooey, bugs folks, dirty (like the face of a two-year-old eating from a murky spring puddle), sappy and respecting the scales.

My playlists often contain songs that make me bob and sway and sing real loud in my mind.

Reason: Great raspy nasal vocals with a moment of hesitant self-acknowledgment.

Reason: Some superb complimenting vocals to fill me with ear-beauty.

"I Feel it All” by Feist
Reason: This song has ridden with me down many ski hills while wishing there was a Ski Dance category at the Olympics.

"God Shuffled His Feet" by Crash Test Dummies
Reason: Love the lyrics, seems bang-on somehow and a more intriguing storyline for that fable.

"Detectorists" by Johnny Flynn
Reason: This song helps to lift this osmium heart and is the soundtrack for the most precious tv series.
