Annual General Meeting!

The Board of Directors of the Regina Folk Festival invites you to attend the RFF’s Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 24th at 6:30PM on Zoom. Join us to learn more about the organization, elect new board members, review proposed bylaw changes, and 2023 audited financial statements. Zoom link for the meeting will be distributed to those who RSVP. AGM information packages will be distributed 2 weeks before the AGM to members.

To RSVP, please email finance@reginafolkfestival.com by June 23rd at 6pm.

RFF members are entitled to vote at the AGM. If you would like to vote at the AGM, you are required to be a member. If your membership has expired, please renew it in advance of the meeting. If you are uncertain of your membership status, we will be happy to advise you prior to the meeting. The cost of an RFF Inc. membership is $15 or 15 hours of volunteerism. If you volunteered in 2023 at the festival, on the board of directors or at more than one RFF Concert Series event, you have earned a membership.
