Community Stage Health and Safety Plans for Aug. 6-8, 2021

• Masks - Guests are encouraged to wear masks when entering the gates, interacting with event staff, or when moving around the site. Masks are not required when sitting at your seat. All event staff will be wearing masks for your safety. 

• Guest Seating - The viewing area will be split into two sections. One half will be grid seating for guests who wish to remain distanced from other guests. The other half will be in general seating with no assigned seating. 

• Ticket Policy - Guests who experience COVID-19 symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks prior to the event are encouraged to transfer their ticket, or call the Conexus Arts Centre Box Office for a refund. Please do not attend the event if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms. 

• Food & Beverages - Food and drinks will be available for purchase during the shows. However, there will no be alcohol allowed on-site at any time. 

• Distancing - When lining up to enter or moving around the event grounds, guests are encouraged to remain six feet apart and wear masks. Once in your spot for the show, please try to stay in that area. 

• Traffic Flow - Guests are encouraged to follow the traffic flow signage when on event grounds. This includes following physical distancing markers when standing in line. Volunteers will be present to direct traffic flow and encourage safe practices for all. 

• Washrooms - Indoor and outdoor washrooms will be available on site. Guests are encouraged to remain distanced and masked when in line. Hand sanitizer will be available at the washrooms. 

• Sanitation & Cleaning - Staff and volunteers will be cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces throughout the event site. There will be hand sanitizer at all entrances, washrooms, and food stations.
