Annual General Meeting 2021

Our AGM is scheduled for June 28th, 2021 at 7pm. The Board of Directors of the Regina Folk Festival extends an invitation to everyone to participate in our annual review and perhaps even run for a position on the Board! This AGM will be held virtually. To RSVP please email us at info@reginafolkfestival.com by June 28th at 5pm.

If you are a current member of the RFF and you are interested in running for a position on our board please email your interest in writing to the nominations committee josh@reginafolkfestival.com. The deadline is June 19th.

If you would like to vote at the AGM, you are required to be a member. If your membership has expired, please arrive early to renew it. If you are uncertain of your membership status, we will be happy to advise you prior to the meeting. The cost of an RFF Inc. membership is $15 or 15 hours of volunteerism. If you volunteered in 2019 at the festival, on the board or at more than one RFF Concert Series event, you have earned a membership. A membership earned this way typically lasts one year but given the circumstances of the last year the board has rolled over all 2019 volunteer memberships into this year.

We continue to believe strongly in the importance of embracing, reflecting and celebrating the cultural diversity of our communities; locally, nationally and internationally, so come out and join in with over 600 other fun-loving, progressive humans, each of whom brings a great deal of their own unique experience to our collective endeavours.
