At The Festival
Arts Market
We have an amazing Arts Market! Don't take our word for it. See for yourself!
After much deliberation, the Regina Folk Festival chooses a varied selection of excellent vendors for our Arts Market.
Come visit the beautiful Arts Market on City Square Plaza to find handmade clothing, jewellery, instruments, plants and artwork. The Arts Market also features imported and vintage goods sure to beautify your home and wardrobe. Travelling and local merchants are on site to sell their unique products and services.

Beer Garden
We are happy to see Big Rock Brewery back again this year with their family of all-natural craft beers and Rock Creek Cider. We are also excited to offer some pre-mixed beverages as well as red and white wine from Jackson Triggs. Make sure to deposit your Big Rock cups in the compost bins!
Drink tickets are $7 for alcoholic beverages, $3 for non-alcoholic beverages and are transferable between the Main Stage and Daytime Beer Garden.
The Main Stage Beer Garden: Open from 5:00 pm to Midnight Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Ticket sales end at 11:30 pm.
Daytime Beer Garden: Open Noon to 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Ticket sales end at 5:30 pm.
We remind you that the festival is a family event and we urge you to drink responsibly.
Fun Fact: Unlike most Folk Festivals, you can bring your drink to your seat in the Main Stage area. Getting to enjoy a glass of wine while sitting on your tarp, getting a clear view of the stage, (and not cooped up in a small beer garden) is special to the RFF!
Children's Area
The Regina Folk Festival offers a fantastic children's area with music, dancing, and crafts for children of all ages. The RFF Children's Area runs from 12:00 to 5:00 on Saturday & Sunday and is absolutely free of charge! In addition to the fun programming on the Children’s stage, we have:
Street Culture Kidz – Street Culture will be in the Children’s Area again this year, providing marvellous face-painting skills.
The Children’s Craft Tent – Do some painting and create some magical take-home crafts.
Find Children’s Stickers – Write your phone number on a sticker for your child so Event Patrol can call you if they become lost.
We've also started a new tradition with a daily parade led by a different artist from the RFF lineup each day. It's definitely become one of our favourite afternoon affairs! Meet at the Children’s Area at 3:45 pm on Saturday or Sunday to join in on a jaunt about festival site. Festival artists will lead the way!
First Aid
If you are hurt or feeling ill contact a security person or make your way to the First Aid Tent for assistance. During our daytime programming The First Aid Tent is located beside the Festival Volunteer Tent and during evening programming you can find it beside the Event Patrol Tent at the back of the Mainstage area.
In the event of an emergency, we ask that you remain calm and pay close attention to our stage hosts, who will give detailed instructions on how to proceed. In the event of an evacuation, please make your way to the Cornwall Center.
Food Court
Our Food Court offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks to keep you well fed throughout festival weekend!
A great blend of delectable dishes awaits you in the RFF Food Court! We bring together a wide variety of vendors presenting dishes to satisfy your every craving!

Mitakuye Oyasin
Mitakuye Oyasin (pronounced Mee-tah-koo-yay Oy-yah-seen) is Lakota which means “all my relations” or “we are all related.” This concept is at the core of First Nations’ spirituality, grounded in the belief that all living things are connected. The understanding that what we do affects the world around us is a starting point in treating others with respect and kindness.
Mitakuye Oyasin is the name of the tipi located in the South East corner of the park. The programming in and around the tipi aims to bring us all together in celebration of Indigenous traditions and music. Join us for a song or a story! Performers will be announced closer to the date of the festival. Thank you to the City of Regina for bringing Mitakuye Oyasin to the Regina Folk Festival each year.
